2.Be familiar with modification methods for polymer engineering plastics and general-purpose plastics, as well as the production processes and equipment for raw material granulation. Have a good understanding of plastic color masterbatch production technology and preparation methods.

3.Be familiar with the molding processing technology of polymer materials, as well as the principles and operation of R&D equipment and testing instruments.

4.Be familiar with commonly used testing standards and various testing methods for polymer materials.

5.Conduct basic analytical research on materials used by the company, and establish a company material information database and material technical standards.

6.Be responsible for material selection and sample confirmation, as well as the evaluation and selection of material suppliers.
