1.Have over 3 years of experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.

2.Be responsible for organizing the handling of quality issues fed back by customers, leading the formulation of rectification plans, implementing corrective measures, preparing analysis reports, and promptly responding to customers with 8D reports.

3.Be responsible for handling quality issues within the company, organizing investigations, analyses, and quality responsibility determinations, and classifying and handling quality accidents according to procedures.

4.Be familiar with the IATF16949 system, possess certain knowledge and abilities in quality and metrology management, and have strong quality analysis and judgment skills as well as work coordination abilities.

5.Be responsible for relevant customer audits and quality system audit matters.
